Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Briko Daily. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Privacy > Delete account permanently. See the Privacy Policy for what gets removed.

3. License To Use The App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal-business use. The app and its content (other than your own content) are owned by Briko Daily and are protected by copyright and other laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features (App Check, rate limiting, authentication).
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or that contains malware.
• Use the app to generate or distribute illegal content, child sexual abuse material, content that incites violence, or content designed to harass identifiable individuals.
• Use automated means (scripts, bots) to access the app beyond the documented APIs and at abusive volumes.
• Resell, sublicense, or operate the app as a service for third parties without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to extract another user's data or impersonate another user.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Briko Daily relies on third-party large-language and speech models (including Google Gemini and Groq Llama / Qwen / Whisper). AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or fabricated. You must independently verify AI-generated information before acting on it. Do not rely on AI outputs for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or otherwise high-stakes decisions.

You retain ownership of the content you create in the app. By submitting content to AI features, you grant us the limited right to send it to the relevant AI provider solely to generate the response you requested. We do not use your content to train general models.

6. Subscriptions And Premium Features

The free plan includes 100 AI credits per week and up to 10 call-style reminders per week. Pro and Max are optional paid plans with higher limits and additional features. Current prices and any trial terms are displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date through the Google Play account settings. Google Play processes payment, cancellation, renewal, and refund flows according to the Google Play terms and policies shown during checkout. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Maintenance windows, third-party outages (Firebase, Groq, Google AI), and rate limits can affect availability. We are not liable for temporary unavailability.

Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference. Please read it.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.

10. Limitation Of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIKO DAILY AND ITS OWNER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable law, or if your use poses a security risk to other users.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

12. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect. Continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law And Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the app shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
